This photograph of the intersection of Warren and Broads Streets in Mankato was taken c 1915. The Hubbard House is on the left with the Cray House showing a little farther down Warren Street. At the time the photograph was taken, the Carriage House was on the far side of the Hubbard House. After Warren Street was straightened in 1974, the street ran on the far side of the house and the Carriage House was moved to the former Warren Street road bed. That area is now the home of the beautiful Palmer Centennial Place gardens.
