  • Thursday, December 20, 2018 - 12:00pm to 1:00pm

    Bring your lunch and learn a bit of history. This month, we are showing the documentary Dakota 38 Documentary: Healing Journey of the Dakota People. Following the documentary, there will be a short discussion about the importance of horses to Native American Culture and why they are included in the Ride to Reconciliation Park.

  • Saturday, January 12, 2019 - 10:00am to 12:00pm

    For this year's Young Historians, we will explore Minnesota’s Native Americans. Over the months we will learn about the historical, practical, political, cultural and economic highlights of the Dakota and Anishinaabe. This month, the group will cover Connections to the Land. Please pre-register for this program by January 10 to ensure we have enough supplies to Beth at Education@BlueEarthCountyHistory.com or by calling 507-345-5566.

  • Saturday, February 9, 2019 - 10:00am to 12:00pm
