Young Historians

Schedule for 2018-2019

Young Historians is a hands-on history workshop for kids in grades 3-12 the 2nd Saturday of each month during the school year (September-May). The program is free thanks to the generosity of the Grace Jefferson Education fund. space is limited; pre-registration for each workshop is required.     For this year's Young Historians,  we will explore Minnesota’s Native Americans. Over the months we will learn about the historical, practical, political, cultural and economic highlights of the Dakota and Anishinaabe. This month, the group will cover Indigenous People's Day.
